Formalization of the Purchase

Through the reservation process, the client can include in the purchase process a wine tourism service and any extras if available. Once the selection is completed, the purchase will continue by completing the personal data (depending on each service) to complete the last payment step. Payment data is not stored on this site, so it is the responsibility of the financial entity that manages it (redsys or Bizum). Before proceeding with the payment, remember to carefully read the particular conditions of each service where the individual conditions for cancellation and modification of the purchase are indicated at all times.

Modification and/or cancellation of the Purchase

Through the cancellation or modification process you can modify the date of the experience or reduce the number of reserved places (at no cost). You will not be able to increase places, to do so you must make another purchase. If the reduction of places entails a financial refund, this will be done automatically on your Bizum card or service.

General gift purchase conditions

If you have purchased our service of giving away wine tourism experiences or have received a gift, you should know that by default, the gift is subject to the right of NO withdrawal. No changes or returns are allowed on purchases. For any change in dates, the system allows you to make as many as you want as long as there is availability. However, if the case arises that FRANCO ESPAÑOLAS WINERY does not provide the service, it will proceed to a total or partial refund of the amount paid for the purchase, in the event that the reservation at the Winery is not possible within the deadlines. than initially planned. Conditions of reservations purchased through our website

Reservations or tickets for a single day and time that are purchased in accordance with the provisions of this document and that the user receives in their email, will have the same value as if they had been physically purchased at the Winery. The Web user will be able to:

• Download the file in .pdf format that you receive by email to your mobile device and show them at the entrance to the Winery.
• Download the entries you receive in your email in passbook format.
